This workshop is for women (cisgender) who experience pain/tension in the genital and/or pelvic areas during sexual intercourse. These symptoms can arise during non-sexual activities as well (like sports, inserting a tampon, using tight clothing, etc.)

Pain and tension in the genital and pelvic region can arise during sexual intercourse, as well as during non-sexual activities (such as physical activity/sports or the insertion of a tampon, and even spontaneously!). They are often misunderstood, poorly identified and poorly or badly managed. These conditions can greatly impact the quality of life, the physical and mental health and the relationships of those who suffer from it and their couple or partners. We can talk about dyspareunia, vaginismus, vulvodynia, vestibulodynia, and more... Independently of the name, the struggle is real, and pain might be overwhelming!
